We are a full-service real estate brokerage serving Wilmington and the surrounding areas of Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, Southport, Leland, Hampstead, and Topsail Island. Our specialty includes both residential properties as well as marine related properties such as boat slips.

MEET OUR PROFESSIONALS
Darren Anderson, owner of Atlantic Coast Realty, is originally from the Winston-Salem area of North Carolina. He attended college in Boone, NC and in 1997 he relocated to Wilmington as he was attracted to the coastal lifestyle. His love for fishing, boating, and the coastal lifestyle made the transition from the mountains to the coast very easy.
Darren spent twenty years in management in the marine industry at a local yacht club and marina. In 2004, he obtained his North Carolina Real Estate License which allowed him the opportunity to gain experience and a comprehensive understanding of the boating community as well as water-related properties. His knowledge of the local area and the local market makes him an invaluable resource for buyers and sellers. Anyone moving to the Wilmington area will find he can readily recommend quality people and services to meet their needs.
Lisa believes a broker/REALTOR® should be honest, competent, personable, knowledgeable, and reliable. She is originally from the Charleston area of West Virginia. After graduating from the University of Charleston with a degree in mathematics and science, she taught math in high school and college and worked as a tennis pro for a country club in West Virginia. She then earned a master's degree in gifted education.
Lisa later moved to Jupiter, Florida to teach math and to enjoy the weather. Although she loved living in south Florida, Carolina Beach is her newfound paradise! Lisa and her husband own 4 pieces of property on Pleasure Island and she is very aware of the rental and investment side of real estate.
Whitney was born and raised in Wilmington and the surrounding area and loves calling North Carolina home. After leaving the work force to dedicate her time and energies to raising and educating her children, she obtained her North Carolina Real Estate license in 2019 and has turned her focus on this exciting career.
